        What is exercise?🤔Exercise is basically any physical activity that we perform on a repetitive basis for relaxing our body and taking away all the mental stress🏋️⛹️.It is important to do regular exercise🏊⛹️.When you  do this on a daily basis , you become fit both physically and mentally😊

        In ancient time man did not need any exercises🤗♥️.Because they had their all exercises by their day today life style.Almost every man worked  very hard.And they always ate only foods provided by their farms.🥙🍚

        But the modern society people did not do exercise.Because people were very busy in the morden world🌎.And also they eat fast foods like buns🥖🥞 , breads🍞.This is not a good for our physical health😔.

        Today many people are suffering from non - communicable diseases like high blood sugar , hypertension , obesity....etc😔.Most of the school children have to face this situation😔💔.Because they are very busy in their day today works.It is bad for our future.

  🔘 Exercising daily reduces our risk of diseases❤

        As the generation that is waiting to take over the country in the future🤗 , we must be vigilant🤗 , so make sure to exercise as little as 30 minutes a day.
